The price of housing in the Bay Area is skyrocketing and it is increasing the fastest in Oakland. However, while Oakland’s absolute housing costs are still lower than San Francisco's, the cost to build housing isn't that different. Join us for a deep look into the many reasons why it is expensive to live here and hear about what needs to change.
