Governor Brown has made funding education a top priority in his budget plan, but how will this funding be allocated across the state? Many jurisdictions are severely underfunded, and schools are shutting down across the Bay Area. Join us for an in-depth discussion of how San Francisco Unified School District is funded and how it affects the future for our young leaders of tomorrow.

Co-presented by Parents of Public Schools – San Francisco.

+ Myong Leigh, Deputy Superintendent for Policy and Operations, San Francisco Unified School District
+ Jonathan Kaplan, Senior Policy Analyst at the California Budget Project
