SPUR supports Jamestown's proposal for a winery/brewery, coffee roaster and other retail/food uses at Pier 29 Bulkhead. The San Francisco Waterfront Land Use Plan clearly designates this area as a mixed-use opportunities and explicitly names retail/restaurants as an acceptable land use at Pier 29.
