Lunchtime Forum

Projects involving many acres of land and thousands of units present special challenges. How should we be planning on this extra-large scale? How do we ensure that megaprojects end up feeling like neighborhoods and not "manufactured" places? How do such large projects get entitled? Explore these ideas through a fast-paced Pecha Kucha format with Amanda Brown-Stevens of Greenbelt Alliance, Alexa Arena of Forest City, Seth Hamalian of Mission Bay Development Group and Ellen Lou of SOM. Presented with the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and AIA San Francisco.
