What It Takes to Move a City

Evening Forum

We’re able to successfully move in, around and between our cities because of the work of transportation agencies, but we only see the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their work. What does it take to make our streets thriving places for biking, walking and transit? Come hear from the heads of the transportation departments of Oakland and Los Angeles as they discuss the opportunities and challenges of being at the helm of two of our country’s most progressive transportation departments. Co-sponsored by the Young Professionals in Transportation (YPT).
