Managing Megaprojects

Lunchtime Forum

The Bay Bridge. The Big Dig. The Mixing Bowl. Some transportation projects are surrounded by so much financial and political furor that their very names have become synonymous with complications, drama and public debate. Can we do a better job of managing these so-called megaprojects? Join us for a discussion about what it will take to restore the public’s trust in our ability to build big things.
