Home on the Range: Bay Area "Agrihoods"

Lunchtime Forum

New homes adjacent to a teaching farm. Orchards as a neighborhood amenity. Condo associations hiring a community garden manager. Each of these ideas is being incorporated or considered for a development project in the Bay Area. In doing so, they are reversing a decades-long practice of separating housing and agriculture. Join us for a discussion of the ideas behind the planning of these new "agrihoods". Co-sponsored by ULI San Francisco.
