Being Specific with Downtown Oakland

Downtown Oakland is in the midst of drafting a Specific Plan for the area from Jack London to 27th Street. This major planning effort has the potential to shape the growth and development of the downtown in a way that has broad benefits. What are the different alternatives for how downtown Oakland might evolve over the coming decade, and how do they align with those put forth in SPUR’s 2015 report A Downtown for Everyone?
