Santa Clara County is entering a new era in its physical development, driven by major demographic, economic, environmental and geographic forces. The county’s population is projected to grow by approximately 300,000 residents over the next 15 years, and two-thirds of that growth is projected to occur in seniors. How will communities adapt to this next phase in the county’s growth?
