Designing a Great BART Station

Lunchtime Forum

BART Silicon Valley is the largest transportation investment that the South Bay will make in the near future, and the physical design of the transit stations will, in part, influence whether people will choose to use the system. Come explore the physical decisions and lessons learned that optimize the design of, and access to, BART stations, including how to rightsize parking around stations, how people will get to each station and how they’ll find and navigate transit portals.
