Though the region’s jobs and housing markets continue to rocket skyward, wages for low-income residents have failed to keep pace and large swaths of the Bay Area are currently in endanger of, or are undergoing, displacement. In an effort to stem the tide, new methods to track, study and prevent displacement are coming out of UC Berkeley. Come learn how innovative models are using new data to help planners make more informed land use decisions.
