From collaborating on Housing Elements to coordinating sub-regional RHNA efforts and a joint nexus study for affordable housing impact fees, San Mateo County has been on the forefront of inter-jurisdictional housing coordination. If it can work in San Mateo County, why can’t it work in Santa Clara County? That’s the question asked by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and a new affordable housing advocacy organization they helped create called Silicon Valley@Home. Join us to learn more about what’s being discussed among cities in Santa Clara County.
