The Resilience Dividend

Evening Forum

Often associated with climate change issues, the term "resiliency" has far broader implications. The new book, The Resilience Dividend, makes the case for applying resiliency to a broad range of environmental, financial and societal issues, from rebuilding after the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy to the rebirth of Medellin, Colombia from the drug capital of South America into a cultural and economic powerhouse. Join us for a conversation between the book's author, Rockefeller Foundation president Judith Rodin, and SPUR president and CEO Gabriel Metcalf as they discuss how communities, companies and cities are building the capacity to recover after catastrophes.
