East San Jose has many barriers to convenient and comfortable cycling due to several decades of compounded road network and built environment design. But now the City of San Jose is using multiple tools to uncover the challenges and opportunities in creating a bicycle network that meets the community’s needs. Come hear what city staff is learning about biking in East San Jose, and provide your own insight.
