Once a horse racetrack, Bay Meadows is quickly evolving into one of California’s largest transit-oriented master-planned communities. Located adjacent to the Hillsdale Caltrain station in San Mateo, the project features over one thousand housing units, in addition to retail and office buildings. Already 20 percent built, Bay Meadows is home to a high school, 18 acres of parks and a 99-bed community garden. Join us as we tour the site and then end up at one of its key parks for Bay Meadows’ fall food truck event, Red Hot Roundup.
