San Francisco now annually prepares and updates a 10-year capital plan that looks at funding for everything from jails to buses and roofs to sewers. Given recent increases in local revenue, is the plan’s proposed $25 billion investment in infrastructure over 10 years enough? Come for a discussion of how we can ensure that the right investments are prioritized.
