The Bay Bridge Reconsidered

Once construction on the Bay Bridge is completed, the San Francisco/Oakland corridor will still have the same transportation capacity as it did before the project began. But with significant job growth expected, the East Bay-to-San Francisco commute may get worse before it gets better. What can we do to prepare?
