The global water crisis is real, and many parts of the world are on track to quickly reach “peak water.” To conserve this critical resource without harming the economy or public health, we must adopt new management techniques and policies. Peter Gleick, president of the Pacific Institute and author of The World’s Water and Bottled & Sold, will discuss the future of water challenges and suggestions for moving toward a more equitable and sustainable future. Book signing to follow.
