In 2009 President Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, an $800 billion stimulus package, with the purpose of stimulating the national economy and providing long-overdue improvements to infrastructure, including rail transit. Join award-winning author and senior national correspondent for Time magazine Michael Grunwald, author of The New New Deal: The Hidden Story of Change in the Obama Era, for his observations on the Recovery Act and the resulting investments in infrastructure, clean energy and other areas crucial to the Bay Area economy.

Sponsorship payments: Will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.
