Lunchtime Forum

Smaller parcel sizes can spark innovation and provide the fine-grained urbanism we love. What are some of the challenges of building small (1 to 10 units)? What makes a small-scale housing development great? Come hear an exploration of small housing developments in a fun and fast-paced Pecha Kucha-style format. Presenters: Owen Kennerly, Kennerly Architecture & Planning; Donald MacDonald, Donald MacDonald Architects; Peter Cohen, Council of Community Housing Organizations; and Luke Ogrydziak and Zoë Prillinger, Ogrydziak/Prillinger Architects. Co-presented with the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and AIA San Francisco.

*Devised and shared by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham of Klein Dytham Architecture
