The Aquarium of the Bay is a nonprofit nature center with a mission to inspire conservation of San Francisco Bay, the largest estuary on the West Coast. With over 300 feet of clear tunnels for viewing the Bay's marine life, the aquarium hosts over a half-million people each year. Now an affiliate of The Bay Institute, the aquarium provides a hub for action and collaboration among local scientists, educators and environmental organizations.
