Where should the new housing and jobs go? What are some of the planning tools that help planners decide? With Sarah Dennis-Phillips of the San Francisco Planning Department, Ken Kirkey of the Association of Bay Area Governments and Ron Miguel of the San Francisco Planning Commission.
