Fresh air: what it means in your building

Lunchtime Forum

Commercial tenants may not think too much about building ventilation, but optimal fresh air rates and thermal comfort have a huge impact on employee health, productivity, and retention. Indoor air quality is an area that can rack up green building points, but little hard data has been available to prove its cost-effectiveness. Andrew Corney from Advanced Environmental has crunched some of these numbers, and will present research on projects in Australia that have delivered significant benefits for the tenants of those buildings.
