The 2021 California state legislative session is well underway, with bills being heard in both the State Senate and Assembly. As in prior legislative sessions, California’s housing crisis remains a top priority for state legislators and their constituents. How can the legislature recoup the failed 2020 housing package, and how might the results impact the Bay Area market? Join us for a discussion with Assemblymember Tim Grayson, as he highlights the latest housing developments in Sacramento and across the state. Co-presented by the Housing Action Coalition.
