Ixchel is passionate about improving systems to promote equity and inclusion. At SPUR she supports operations and human resources, ensuring that there is equity and inclusion from the onboarding process to the review process. Ixchel holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wellesley College. In her free time she enjoys rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and visiting museums.
