Ms. Annabel Chang has been Vice President of San Francisco Bay Area at Alaska Air Group, Inc. since May 2017. Ms. Chang has worked at Lyft since 2014. She was the ride-hailing company's director of public policy and oversaw state and local political efforts in Lyft's western U.S. markets when it agreed to pay $27 million to settle a class-action lawsuit in federal court in the Northern District of California. After law school, she worked as a prosecutor for the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and was a litigator at San Francisco law firm Morrison & Foerster. The National Association of Asian Pacific in Politics and Public Affairs last year named her as a "Top 40 Under 40" among Asian Pacific Islander political operatives and public affairs professionals. She holds a law doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
