Adam R. Goldenberg is the Founder and CEO of 11 West Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on commercial properties in Oakland, California. 11 West Partners currently owns commercial properties valued in excess of $150 million. An Oakland, California native and proud Skyline High School alum, Adam brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to the firm. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University, Adam spent 12 years as an office leasing broker in New York City. Adam joined Blackstone's real estate team in 2006 to focus on portfolios in New York and Boston. In 2009 his role expanded to include leadership of Blackstone’s Manhattan office portfolio of 5.5 million square feet. Adam oversaw leasing, acquisitions, development, and management of the $6+ Billion portfolio and increased the portfolio’s net operating income (NOI) over 60%. Adam currently serves on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, The AthLife Foundation, and the Bryant Park Corporation. Adam lives in Oakland, CA with his wife, Megan, and their three children, Addison, Cooper, and Marley.
