SPUR supports the proposed revamp of the city's Design Review Process (currently ARC), and offers the following suggestions for further improvement: establishing a consistent voice for all project reviews, providing more transparency and opportunities for public input, a professional or peer review of the buildings architecture and development of a set of criteria for greater consistency and predictability in the evaluation.
