SPUR requests the PEIS/EIR be revised to include a joint operation alternative, a shared use system that Caltrain and HSR operate as a single, unified system on the Peninsula. SPUR also notes that ridership projections can be improved and recommends that the 4th and Kind station be re-thought, that a new alternative for 1-280 be studied and that connections to SFO be elaborated on.
