Location
SPUR is located at 312 Sutter St. (at Grant), in the heart of San Francisco, just blocks from Union Square and the Financial District. Its central location makes SPUR easily accessible via public transportation or vehicle.
The building has a security guard in the lobby late afternoon and evenings and meets ADA requirements.
Urban Center
Beginning March, 2009, the new Urban Center will open at 654 Mission St. (at Second St.) in the Yerba Buena neighborhood. For more information about a future reservation at the Urban Center, please contact us or go to www.spur.org/UrbanCenter.
Rooms
4th Floor Room
The 4th Floor Room is best for smaller meetings. This room has one large foldable table where 12 people can sit comfortably. The room has a 12-foot whiteboard and large windows.
5th Floor Room
The 5th Floor Room, the largest available meeting space at SPUR, is where SPUR holds regular lunch hour forums. There is a 25 foot wall for tacking and projection, a 30 foot display rail for exhibits and a 12 foot whiteboard. The room is spacious enough that there are a variety of set-up options. The room has a small kitchen, water fountain, bar-style counter, and microwave.

Furnishing
Furnishings and equipment are available for use at no extra charge with your room rental. SPUR is unable to provide full event management services to you. We ask guests to set up the conference room for events.

Reservations
A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice must be given for equipment reservation. Last-minute reservations may be charged an additional service fee.
To make a reservation, please submit the following information to facilityrental@spur.org:
- Event name
- Name of your organization
- Reservation date, time in, time out
- Contact information (name, E-mail, phone number)
- Estimated attendance
- Room selection
- Number of seats, tables
- Equipment requirements
- Equipment return date (if taken offsite)
- Other needs (flip charts, with easels, other)
- Will there be alcohol served?
- Special instructions
Payment
To secure the reservation, a 50% nonrefundable deposit may be requested. Full payment is due at the reservation start time.
