Good Government Awards
The Municipal FiscalAdvisory Committee (MFAC) is pleased to host the 30th annual Good GovernmentAwards on February 22, 2010. The event will take place at San Francisco City Hall. This event has evolved over the last threedecades, but its purpose remains the same: to recognize and acknowledgeexemplary job performance and leadership by San Francisco City employees.
Event chair Chris Gruwell,President of Platinum Advisors, City department heads and Mayor Gavin Newsomwill present a select number of outstanding City employees with thedistinguished Public Managerial Excellence Award. The event will include ahosted reception, and present sponsors with the opportunity to meet with Citydepartment heads, members of the Board of Supervisors, other elected officialsand business and community leaders in an informal atmosphere. In addition, allformer San Francisco mayors are being invited to join Mayor Newsom thatevening.
