Rental housing is on the rise in San Francisco. With vacancy rates falling dramatically, and financing for condominiums more difficult to come by, developers are looking to build new rental housing. How long will this trend continue and what will it mean for San Francisco? Come hear from Meg Spriggs of Avalon Bay, Eric Tao of AGI Capital and Amir Massih with Archstone Trust as they explore the future of rental housing. Moderated by Tim Colen of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition. Presented with the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and AIA San Francisco.
