From December 2012 through January 2013, noted San Francisco-based artist Sirron Norris will be working on a multi-story painting in the SPUR Urban Center. The mural, one of 16 he has painted throughout the city, applies Sirron’s “cartoon literalism” aesthetic to SPUR’s policy work, creating an artistic representation of urbanism itself.
