From plazas and parklets to transportation trials on Market Street, San Francisco is taking a new approach to public-space improvements.  Looking to international cities for inspiration, each project is a laboratory for testing interventions before investing in long-term improvements. José Luis Moscovich of the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and John King of the San Francisco Chronicle share their perspectives on SF and the larger international movement; moderated by Kit Hodge of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition.
