SILVER SPUR AWARDS LUNCHEON

Exhibition Instructions:
The project boards will be displayed within the reception area outside of the luncheon hall. SPUR will provide the easels. If you choose not to exhibit project boards please let us know as soon as possible.
- Spire level sponsors may exhibit up to four project boards
- Keystone level sponsors may exhibit up three project boards
- Pillar level sponsors may exhibit up to two project boards
Please review the following guidelines:
- SPUR asks that you join us in making Silver SPUR a more earth friendly event by using biodegradable EcoBoard vs. foam core boards, which do not biodegrade. EcoBoard is available at BPS Reprographics in San Francisco. BPS has agreed to offer a special discount to SPUR exhibitors. - Maximum board dimensions are 30? wide by 40? tall. Please note that SPUR cannot guarantee that boards exceeding the size requirements will be displayed.
- Boards must be delivered to the SPUR office (5th floor) by Friday, November 7th, 5 p.m.
- The sponsor name must be labeled on the outside of the packaging as well as on the back of each board.
- Exhibition of proposed, current, or recent work in the Bay Area is preferred.
- Please take your boards with you after the Silver SPUR luncheon concludes at the Moscone Center. Boards not removed from Moscone by 2:00 p.m. on November 17th will be discarded.
