Tour

The South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project is the largest project of its kind on the West Coast and is in the process of restoring over 15,000 acres of formerly diked area to tidal action, while managing for sensitive species and sea level rise. Get an up-close look at the restored tidal marsh, managed ponds and historic salt works as we take a two-mile tour with the project's director. Generously sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.
