New Tools for New Housing

California’s housing shortage has only served to exacerbate the growing lack of affordability, but new tools like the Housing Development Dashboard, recently launched by the Terner Center for Housing Innovation, can inform and inspire more fact-based conversations around these issues and help us identify pathways to expanded supply. Hear how this tool can drive policy change around the Bay Area.
