What Does the Richmond District Need?

A community needs assessment was recently completed for the Richmond District. Along with a report on existing conditions, this assessment will help inform a set of recommendations, solutions and ideas for how to stabilize and house the community. Join us to learn more about the findings from this project and the next steps for the planning process.
