Although it is one of the wealthiest cities in the United States, San Jose has struggled to balance its budget and, in 2011, declared a fiscal emergency. Though the recent economic boom has brought more revenue to the city coffers, underlying causes of the city’s budget woes still exist. Join us for a conversation about the fiscal state of San Jose.
