In the early 20th century, the East Bay’s Key System was one of the largest streetcar systems in the entire world. Join us for a tour of the hidden paths and development that the Key System shaped. We will trace the historic C line from MacArthur BART to see the imprint of the Key System a century later. Generously sponsored by Kaiser Permanente and co-presented by the Oakland Heritage Alliance.
