As headlines proclaim that Millenials are no longer interested in car ownership, car sharing and peer-to-peer ride sharing are growing in both cities and suburbs. Are these signs that car ownership is changing? Will these services — and new technologies like driverless cars — change car ownership forever, and what does that mean for our communities?
