This event will take place in San Jose.

Urban planner Jeff Speck has determined that cities thrive based on one thing: walkability. His book Walkable City reveals the inner workings of cities, as well as strategies for making downtowns vibrant. We invite you to read his book and join us for a conversation about these ideas. Ratna Amin, SPUR transportation policy director, will help guide the discussion.
