Communities throughout the state have developed climate action plans aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Michael Boswell, Cal Poly Professor of City and Regional Planning, Adrienne Greve, Cal Poly Associate Professor of City and Regional Planning, and Tammy Seale, Principal at PMC, and co-authors of Local Climate Action Planning, discuss these plans, what is working well and what the challenges have been. They will also present the preliminary results of a statewide survey on the state of local climate action plans in California. Book signing to follow.
