The Fruitvale BART neighborhood represents Oakland’s effort to concentrate transit investments around commercial and housing development, and the city’s comprehensive strategy has produced a successfully bustling and vibrant community along Fruitvale Avenue. Join Maurilio León, executive vice president of the Unity Council, for a walking tour of the Fruitvale community, and learn how this area of Oakland serves as an anchor to organic cultural diversity and represents an example of the urban principles that foster positive activity for the neighborhood.

Refund Policy 

Sponsorship payments will not be refunded, as sponsorship benefits take effect immediately and are on-going through the date of the event.

Individual ticket purchases If the refund is requested more than 2 business days and less than 10 business days prior to the event, a 25% refund can be issued upon request. Any requests for refunds received less than 2 days prior to an event cannot be accommodated.
