Care Not Cash and other similar programs were a response to combating homelessness by prioritizing housing as a primary need. Join panelists Joyce Crum, director for Housing and Homeless at the San Francisco Human Services Agency, Gail Gilman, Executive Director, Community Housing Partnership and Johnathan Hunter, Managing Director, Western Region for Cooperation for Supportive Housing, Northern California, as they discuss the various supportive housing programs in the Bay Area and their effectiveness in addressing homelessness.
