This event has unfortunately been canceled. However, join us for Planning LA, on August 7th, where we'll focus our lens back at Los Angeles.

Los Angeles is known for its automobile culture. Architectural critic Reyner Banham wrote in 1971 that, “I learned to drive to read Los Angeles in the original.” And yet Los Angeles is making extraordinary investments in sustainable transportation, including new subway lines, bus rapid transit and bicycling infrastructure. Come hear from transportation experts Jeffrey Tumlin of Nelson\Nygaard and Chi-Hsin Shao of CHS Consulting as they share the steps that Los Angeles is taking to create a more sustainable city.
