Get a principals-eye-view on 5800 Third, one of the best-selling new home communities in San Francisco, a transit-oriented development on the new MUNI T-line, and the home of hot new grocer/café tenants Fresh & Easy, Brown Sugar Kitchen and Limon Rotisserie. Developer Rick Holliday, who took over 5800 after the foundation was poured, will outline the repositioning strategy—and mid-stream design changes—that ultimately gave the property a marketing edge. You’ll get the story behind 5800’s pioneering ground-floor retailers who are linchpins to creating this next stop on San Francisco’s path of progress south from SOMA and Mission Bay toward Hunters Point and Candlestick.

Take the Muni to the front door, park behind or under the building, or take the ULI bus leaving from in front of the Ferry Building at 8 a.m. Bus bonus is a moderated tour of the path of progress…and bagels on board. Space on the bus is limited to 30 people. Please email Jason at [email protected] if you would like to reserve a seat.
