A large swath of the Eastern Neighborhoods Area Plans are now zoned for 68-foot height limits. While not a common height for buildings in San Francisco, 68- and 70-foot buildings are being built in many cities, including Seattle and Oakland. What do these buildings look like? What are some construction and urban design benefits of building to this height? Come hear from architects Michael Pyatok, Roger Gula and David Baker as they discuss their experience with 68-foot buildings. Co-presented with the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and the San Francisco Chapter of the AIA.
