In celebration of International Women’s Day, join Inge Horton as she talks about the unsung contemporaries of Julia Morgan. Many talented women practiced architecture in the late 19th and early 20th century in the Bay Area, but for the most part, these pioneering women were unrecognized until the release of Horton’s new book, Early Women Architects of the San Francisco Bay Area: The Lives and Work of Fifty Professionals, 1890-1951.
