Developed by Forest City for the Presidio Trust, the Presidio Landmark is an adaptive reuse of a six-story, 220,000 square-foot historic building, the largest historic landmark in the park. This building and its surrounding grounds have been transformed into 154 high-end rental apartments, including junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging from 400 to 1,500 square feet. Join us for a walking tour of the Presidio Landmark and adjacent buildings in the Public Health Service Hospital District to learn about some of the sustainable measures and historic preservation techniques utilized in this adaptive reuse project. The tour will be led by staff from the Presidio Trust, Perkins + Will, Page & Turnbull and Forest City. Register here.
